Example of what I imagine a typical week might include:

Thursday-Sunday evenings:
Before sundown - hotdogs, s'mores, other foods cooked over the fire, perhaps with live music.
After sundown - Main production
Late night (Friday and Saturday) - Midnight Society - Ghost Stories

Monday Evening: Closed, or guest performers

Tuesday Evening: Storytelling

Wednesday Evening - Open Fire - Anyone can come and tell a story, play music, etc.

For the company, the days will include whatever work needs to be done; rehearsals, figuring out what storie to do, writing scripts, making costumes, etc.
