I'm currently looking around the country to figure out the best place for this theater.

I'd love to get back to the northwest, so I'm primarily looking in that area, although I am open to suggestions of other places to look.

If I could design the perfect place for it, it'd be far enough away from civilization to feel secluded, but close enough to civilization that people could get easily get there. It'd have a visually interesting terrain - trees, mountains, maybe some water, with a place suitable for a stage, and a large flat area some ways away from the stage area for parking. Since this would be an outdoor theater, it'd also be in an area where most of the year the weather is suitable for such a thing.

Since this will be a relatively low-cost operation, I need to find an area that strikes a good balance between having the things that I'd like, while also having reasonably priced acreage available.
